Great group to work with. Best doctors and nurses around.
Took my daughter for ear piercing for her 3rd birthday and had a wonderful experience. The front desk gals were so beyond sweet to my kids. The physician explained the entire procedure to my daughter, let her pick out the earring color and made the process not feel stressful at all. We were also not rushed. I have worked in multiple physician offices and this one had a very open/friendly atmosphere and design. The office was also SPOTLESS. Would 100% recommend for ear piercing.
I had my little girl's ears pierced here. The doctor (Luke Howell, DO) was AMAZING! He let her hear how the gun would sound. He marked her ears with little dots and let me size them up for accuracy. He told her the truth about pain levels. He had two guns ready and both ears were pierced within 5 seconds. My daughter told me later, concerning the pain level, that if he'd lied to her she would have been angry at him. But because he was honest, she braced herself accordingly. The experience at Pillar is SO different, in the best way, compared to a typical GP office. They know your name, your voice, your medical history when you call. Making an appointment is so easy and you don't have to wait weeks and weeks. They're kind and take the time to listen. I can even text my doctor (Dr. Howell) and he responds back! Same with the nurses. Pillar Primary Care has been absolutely wonderful for our family. From the welcoming and empathetic nurses to the knowledgeable and kind physicians, we feel known and well taken care of for all our medical needs. Highly recommend this practice!
