All the stars! What a difference from "traditional" medical offices. A real life person answers the phone and returns calls. Great communication from clinitians as well as nursing and support staff. Highly recommend - your health is worth it!

Dr. Howell did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears! He was very thorough explaining the process and the after care. He showed me all of the sterile tools before he began. The piercing took at most 10 seconds. He was very quick which was amazing! I highly recommend getting yours or your child’s ears pierced here!
Great experience. I had been going to one of the larger “production line” practices and needed immediate attention on a life threatening problem. They couldn’t fit me in for three weeks. On a friend’s referral a contacted Pillar and within a week I was diagnosed and aggressive treatment was initiated. This is a wonderful group of people who care for you.
