Trinity Medical has gone downhill. I used to recommend them to people, but not anymore. I switched to another Summit run medical facility after my last visit and it was much better (Summit Medical on Park West BLVD). I had my first Medicare checkup with Trinity and I got a young OD (I don't have a problem with him being young or an OD) but he did not listen to anything that I said. he asked me questions about several things that I had already told him. Dr. Luke 'Cowardly' Hall (Trinity Medical Group, Knoxville, TN) Dr. Luke Hall had been my PCP for a good six months without any issues until I had an ultrasound that potentially indicated cancer. The office manager of Trinity Medical Associates, Melissa Porter, has ice water flowing through her veins. On two occasions, she told me that patient resources are reserved for people who have "blood relatives or a church family." She perceived that I have neither. "I hate that for you," she sneered. Rather than showing me the loving Christian kindness espoused by the practice, she seethed with anger--why, I do not know. Within an hour of receiving a probable cancer diagnosis, site administrator for Trinity Medical Associates, Melissa Porter, told me that lacking blood relatives "or a church family," she had NO resources whatsoever to offer me. Where is the humanity?!?
