I called to hear details about fees to do an application the lady told me $90 application fee $100 admin fee $250 hold fee and a $500 deposit what the hell this is ridiculous and makes no sense especially after reading the reviews about the roaches infection... Glad I read reviews... It's no way in hell it should cost that much to move in ... No Thank ya

Apartments were much better when Marsha was here, she cared about her tenants and the property. Management now is ok but Marsha was better. Now it's roach infestations, when items break it's a temporary fix until it breaks again.

I’ve only been here for a month i really really do love my apartment love the location and all! But the roaches are making me incredibly uncomfortable! When I moved in a bombed my apartment on my own! & it seem that it made it worse Ive have pest control come in every week since I've moved here! I have set 6 roach bombs off in my house! Seriously have me in tears every time i see one! Im paying for comfort not roaches i really hope that they can resolve the roach issues… or i will be forced to take further actions
