Great experience with the employees and doctor.
Great staff and very attentive when I was unsure of my level of urgency. The nurse was got me right in when she felt I needed to be seen and the doctor was clear with his opinion. He didn’t force anything just laid out the info to decide for myself which lead to great results . Thanks staff!!
Everyone was so nice and understanding, as well as helpful towards me while I was in so much pain! From the Front To the back!! Loved the nurse she has a very good personality!!
(Everything and Everyone was was very educational and phenomenal when privately working with myself. Far more people should reach out to Trinity health then go to a hospital, that will come later maybe but I doubt it. Thank you everyone at Trinity health and I feel like I was the only patient you had that day when you did have many!
Bad attitude I had to wait 10 mins before she came to the front to take my information because she was on her phone in the back and i had to call her to the front because I could see her through the middle door that go in the back and on top of that she had and attitude my first time using this urgent care bad experience with the receptionist
