The staff is organized The staff has a lot of knowledge of each individual's responsibility to take care of the patient They communicate with each other so it is an efficient process They together as a team They work quickly They are very patient and listen Thank you.
This was my 1st visit to an urgent care, and I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied I didn't have to wait long, and the staff was very respectful. Kind and caring. Nurse practitioner Lisa , is a miracle worker, she worked on my foot, when she was done with it, I was able to walk on it. I am so grateful that I went there. When you go there, ask for nurse Lisa,she will take care of you.
Pleases with service
I was pleasantly greeted and attended to by the receptionist at front desk, promptly. I met with the attending physician almost right away with little wait time. My experience with the physician was by far the most refreshing experience I have had with a physician in a very long time. Her knowledge of the body and diagnosis of injury/ailment was thorough and explained in a way I could understand. Quick and easy service. Staff was friendly, I saw the practitioner very quickly and I was out of there with complete instructions. I was very comfortable with the exam and very pleased with how clean everything was. But make sure you go in the right doors. I stood in line in the clinic or whatever it is next door for 10 minutes until I found out the walk in clinic was further down the building. Now I know. I would definitely go here again.
