Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist (nurse?) who was at the front desk was rude to my employee who came in looking for help with a minor work related injury. I spoke to the woman on the phone (as I was traveling) asking how I should provide them proof of worker’s comp insurance, as I’ve never had to do this before.
