Started going to Trinity health care in 1991 when it was a great place to get sick care and a physical with everyone there being friendly and very helpful including Michael the PA he WAS a very nice guy at the time. Fast forward to 2025 and, what you are now seeing is, this is now become a haven where they just load you up on drugs and send you home, this is sick care, not health care. This place sucks so bad. The people who work the phones should all be fired they are the most unfriendly and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Mike G. and Rebecca M. Are awesome to see if you can get an appointment. I mean you can if you want to wait forever to get an appointment. Recently every time I call the Agawam office I’ll be waiting on the line for someone to answer pretty close to an hour.!!! So I end up having to hang up because I’m using my break time at work to call. This is disappointing. Here I am now, today still waiting and I’ve been on the line for 45 minutes!
