i'm unable to walk on my leg currently and we were sitting in the waiting room from 12:30 to almost 4 am multiple people came in and out yet i was not helped so i decided to just leave there were also multiple cockroaches in the waiting room near the chairs and the vending machines too
Completely disgusted at the amount of incompetence that is present within the staff. DO NOT give them ANY business of yours.
TERRIBLE Trinity Health system! For many months keep sending bills to a patient when the insurance company has had already paid for that study. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Since September 2023 and now is the end of February 2024, For many months we are keep calling Trinity health and providing explanation of benefits and paid papers with Check info from insurance company, but nothing works!
