Received the wrong vaccine. Luckily no harm was done, but something should be done to fix their medication system.

I need to get lab work done first thing in the morning so I came in on Friday morning and there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed. I was late to work on Friday so I came back up to the office on Monday morning and they were closed again, but no sign on the door this time. There were about 12 people waiting for them to open. I waited there for 30 minutes and they never did. So, late to work two mornings now and still don’t have my blood work done.

Milan lab is a small office. Limited seating and room. You must take a number, there is a few signs on the wall that states ‘Aggressive Behavior is Unacceptable’ with a list of Not acceptable behavior. The staff will not allow you at the window until your number is called. And they seem to have very dismissive attitudes of patients at the window. Waiting 20 minutes, with no sign of help. Showed up at 1:10 pm on 11.8.2022. No one seems to be here. Signs on the door imply the place is open. I called the number on the door and no one answered. Not very helpful.
