I would recommend everyone to avoid this unprofessional health care provider. The pediatric nurses are extraordinarily poor in handling your baby.
I'm not sure who the phlebotomist is But there needs to be some serious training on bedside manner, I was never introduced to who she was. She never asked my name in any context other than checking in. Never asked how I was doing. I explained twice that I have an irrational fear for blood draws and that it really hurts when they do it. She didn't say anything like literally didn't even look me in the eyes the entire time I was there.
