I have been attending here for almost 3 months, and I can't think of any other place I would rather go! I only take the water aerobic classes due to a back injury, so I can't really speak on how the rest of the gym is. When it comes to the water classes though, the trainers are amazing! They are knowledgable, kind, and encouraging. The atmosphere is amazing, and I always feel better when I leave than when I came. Love my gym! Love the classes and all the friendly people.
Our family became members at Trinity when it opened. We love that our entire family can enjoy exercise and find encouragement from the staff and fellow gym members. There is a lovely walking trail outdoors as well as the variety of workout machines, weights, and other tools to help you be stronger and healthier. Our kids love the Kids Fit classes in the evening. These are just a few reasons why we drive THIRTY MINUTES to go to OUR GYM at least three times a week.
The staff is so friendly and they really show you how to use the equipment properly. Its more like a family friendly atmosphere.
