A great facility with friendly personnel. Check it out.
Trinity is a very clean gym with a large variety of workout equipment. The water aerobics classes are great! Shawn is one of the teachers-trainers and he makes his classes fun! I love the smoothies and the healthy food. It's a nice place to meet up with my friends and work out! The prayer after class makes it even more perfect!
I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years but this is the best I’ve been to.

Excellent equipment, temperature is cool so I can workout hard, lots of classes, absolutely great staff!!!!
I tried to cancel a membership which i have paid faithfully for numerous years without fail and not been able to use. So I call to cancel and they state I have to come there in person. A notarized document is not sufficient even thought in a court of law it is. So much for the high & mighty Christian Persona they put forth. I rarely leave negative comments but when someone is handicapped and unable to use facility, one would think you would be accommodating. So for me I can't recommend this facility.
Friendly staff,Smoothie bar,State if the art equipment and the pool area is why I joined! Versality is the driver for my overall A+ rating! Thanks Newbie!
