I called about the issue around lunchtime,about 15/20 minutes away from facility. I was seen right away and matter resolved in about 30 minuets! Wonderful and responsive staff!!
As always a good experience and great dental work.
State of the art technology; Makes the crown using computer technology right there in the office and a high quality material being used; Friendly doctor and staff that ensures patient comfort; Follow up with the patient later to make sure the patient is doing well. The procedure is quite expensive. Need a very good insurance, or be prepared to pay out of pocket.
I am 16 weeks pregnant and our of the blue I had a terrible toothache. After about 2 days it was unbearable and I was referred to this office by my aunt who had nothing but great things to say. Val squeezed me in last minute without any questions and I was seen immediately. I had a release form from my OB on what I could and could not have due to pregnancy and every staff member was made sure to follow the instructions. Wow! What a wonderful trip to the dentist. Of course it's not usually something you want to do, but, Dr. Xhoana Gjelaj and her staff were absolutely incredible! I broke a tooth and was a brand new patient to top it off...but they treated me like an old friend getting me right in. The Doctor had no prior dental records on me, and I listened to her describe my teeth to her assistant in exact detail as she began my examination. I can honestly say my first visit to Tarpon Springs Dental was pleasant and educational. My hygienist Lisa is the best. She took great care in explaining all procedures and meeting with Dr. Gjelaj was just as informative. Dr. Gjelaj and her staff are wonderful .
