Best dental care in the Springs
How many people can say they look forward to their semi-annual cleaning and examination? This is honestly the case for me; I'm a regular black coffee drinker, which stains my teeth significantly over time - after an appointment with Carol, my teeth are sparkling clean again. I try to care for my teeth, and my visits with the friendly, conscientious, skilled and thorough staff at Dr. Guerra's office enable me to do just that.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received on my cleaning procedure. From the minute I arrived at the clinic to the minute I left I had no choice but to smile and thanks the staff for a great service, dedication and profesionalism. They explained step by step everything and made sure I understood.. Dr Guerra followed up with was done and what needed to be done in the future. I have made Dr Guerra my dentist. Thank you all

The level of customer service and patient care is top notch! I felt welcome, relaxed and was talked through every step of my cleaning / exam. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and caring. I would highly recommend this office. My only feedback is to not have every person ask how I heard about them. I got asked that same question 4 times. I understand the importance but maybe make it 1 persons job to get that info. Other than that, not a single complaint!

MY FIRST APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. EVERYBODY WAS PROFFESIONAL AND FRIENDLY
I came in for my semiannual teeth cleaning. As per usual I was greeted well by the people at the front desk (Jennifer and Heather). They both always take a personal interest in the patients. Carol, the dental hygienist is also always so friendly, good natured and both easy and fun to talk to. Likewise for Dr. Guerra who is very friendly, always makes it clear that he is glad to see one of his patients and yet is also very professional and competent! He and his staff strongly and openly demonstrate trustworthiness.
