Our process began with Nathan in the Augusta Office. Since Nathan has moved to a different office, Derek has stepped up. Nathan helped us a lot with deciding on the house plan that was right for us and with deciding on interior applications. Jerry, our superintendent, is awesome and truly cares about the quality of the construction. I would recommend Trinity Custom Homes to anyone looking to build their dream house.
Let me start off by saying that Derek (Salesperson in Augusta) and Mark (Superintendent) are both great people that tried really hard to make me happy and at the end of the day I have a nice house. I feel like that because their prices are so low, they can't hire quality workers to do the actual building. Here is a list of the Major things that went wrong. 1. My house was expect to be done in 120 days and it ended up being more like 200ish. 2. They had to redo a lot of my roof because the siding team cut holes in my shingles... read more
DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WE HAD 3 SUPERINTENDENTS AND WERE LATE FINISHING OUR HOME NOT TO MENTION NO ONE WHO COULD REALLY GET THE JOB DONE IN A QUALITY WAY. THEY PUT UP CRACKED MOLDING FOR THE WINDOWS, DOOR FRAMES AND OVERALL QUALITY OF MY "DREAM HOME" IS POOR. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO ANYONE!!
The people at Trinity Custom Homes have really helped make building a fun experience for us! Sitting down with our sales manager and designing the house plan, so the house would reflect our own style and become "Our Dream Home" was amazing fun! I would definitely recommend the Augusta office to everyone. We can't wait to come home every day to see the progress being made!
