There should be negative stars-- We had a horrible experience with Trinity Hospice. They promised a lot and didn't deliver on their promises. A major medical center is taking them off their "preferred provider" list after our experience with them. Their 24 hr emergency number as "off the hook" busy from 3 a.m. until 7:20 a.m. when we had to call the paramedics.
