Extra long wait times in between patience, i.e. if your appointment is at 1pm you will be seen at 3pm. It seems everyone has the same appt. time. It's only one Doctor so of course he's not god. Dr. Trinh is a good doctor and and person besides that. I haven't been seen in the last year two years, it's time to switch my PCP.
My husband has this as his Primary care physician and I called to make an appointment for him to be seen. Now my husband has been seen in this office before. The new secretary/ofc manager kept cutting me off , speaking over me insisting that bc they just merged offices they can't find his file and insurance information 😑 Isn't this a hippa violation ? There are laws out here about mishandling such personal information 🙄
