Vivian is an all star. I had received a bad haircut, and booked Vivian for an emergency fix in her last appointment slot in her day. My Lyft driver dropped me off in the wrong spot which made me late to my appointment! Even thought I was late, and it was the end of the day, Vivian opened up her shop and took me on, staying well late past closing time. Absolutely loved my experience with Vivian! She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand the look I was going for. The studio itself was also so pretty and had such a welcoming vibe. The haircut was quick, super affordable, and honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in a long time. I left feeling so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Vivian and Trims & Trends!
