This was, hands down, THE most wonderful hair cut and highlight I’ve ever had. Vivian is beyond incredible. She takes the time to find out exactly what is best for your hair and she delivers like magic. I highly highly recommend this lovely, comfortable and beautiful place.

Definitely disappointed I was given poor service seems like on purpose I’m going to need to pay a real stylist to fix this cut. Response to reply: I was able to clarify the type of cut I was describing was a “graduated bob cut” a true stylist that has a license would have easily understood how to create a bob with someone with layers in their hair.
Vivian looked after me so well. She delivered on the remit of giving body and bounce to my medium-length hair, and even went the extra mile to protect me from the unexpected LA rain when I was caught short without a brolly. It was great to meet you, Vivian. Thank you!
