I am in contact with multiple lawn service providers, and was impressed with the promptness of their reply to my inquiry, and they offered to even stop by the same day for a quick quote. The customers lawn was serviced properly per the scope of the agreement. The owner asked for some weeds to be pulled along the air conditioner. This was not in scope, but Trimright elected to provide this at no charge since it would take at most 20 minutes. When the workers got behind the air conditioning unit, a small tree to the height of the roof was discovered. The tree was in the vicinity of the AC lines that went underground. They were quick to come out to provide an estimate and their customer service skills were good. They have been servicing my yard for 4 months now and havent missed a cut. They do a very thorough job and their work is good every week like clock work. I would highly recommend this company they wont let you down.
They were quick to come out. The lawn was cut well but they cut my agave plants and my pineapple plant. I'm not happy about that.
