Do not WASTE your money! We had Deborah Davis do our appraisal. She told me when she called she was leaving on vacation and told me this again when she arrived, this should of been a red flag! The comps she used were not even in the same sub division as our home and some were miles away. She used comps on 6000 to 7000 square foot lots, whereas OUR HOME is on a 10,000 square foot lot. Being a broker and in the industry I have to say this is by far the worst AMC I've ever dealt with in the 15 years I've done this. I've called almost every hour and sent many emails over the last 48 hours and have yet to get any help. I highly recommend not using this AMC or any wholesale lender who does. I know KIND Lending does so I know longer will be using KIND either.

You should never work with this company. If you ever need to contact them, they will never answer any of your calls or reply to your emails. Worst customer service ever. They seem to be a Mom and Pop AMC with 5 workers way over their heads.

I had a very disappointing experience with TriMavin regarding the appraisal of my two properties. The report contained highly questionable comparables that did not accurately reflect the true value of my properties. Instead of selecting relevant and fair comps, they used properties that were either in completely different neighborhoods or in much worse condition, ultimately leading to an unfairly low valuation. Horrible AMC. Poor coomunication if any commincation at all. They have consistently tried to extort additional fees on multiple files. They will ask for a fee and then will say they need another fee to get the appriasal assigned. Once assigned they will extend the deadline date and then charge you an additional fee to get the report back at the orginal agreed upon dealine. I will never let my clients get mixed up with this atrocious company again.
