You should never work with this company. If you ever need to contact them, they will never answer any of your calls or reply to your emails. Worst customer service ever. They seem to be a Mom and Pop AMC with 5 workers way over their heads.

I had a very disappointing experience with TriMavin regarding the appraisal of my two properties. The report contained highly questionable comparables that did not accurately reflect the true value of my properties. Instead of selecting relevant and fair comps, they used properties that were either in completely different neighborhoods or in much worse condition, ultimately leading to an unfairly low valuation. Horrible AMC. Poor coomunication if any commincation at all. They have consistently tried to extort additional fees on multiple files. They will ask for a fee and then will say they need another fee to get the appriasal assigned. Once assigned they will extend the deadline date and then charge you an additional fee to get the report back at the orginal agreed upon dealine. I will never let my clients get mixed up with this atrocious company again.

I would put a Zero if I could. We paid this company to have an estimate of the acquired value of our house in Texas, after we spent six months renovating the house. We spent thousands of dollars for teh renovations. This company did a terrible job and even lied as to the reason why they provided a poorly job on the appraisal made. They alleged that the reason for this bad job was because the remodelations that we were alleging was performed in the house were made before we purchased the house, which is false. Terrible company that tries to extort additional fees! I ordered an appraisal and paid on 9 January. They then contacted the loan agent saying they would need an additional $325 to complete the appraisal. We paid that on 13 Jan, then on 19 Jan they billed us a 2nd time for the $325. Three phone calls later they acknowledged that the 2nd bill was a mistake. On 27 Jan the appraiser completed the appraisal.
