ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE Future customers BE AWARE. This company by far has the worst business practices I've ever experienced. We tried to cancel our agreement because we don't use the product & despite telling them a year ago that we wanted to terminate service they auto renewed the agreement. We submitted our termination a few days late this year and they threatened to double our rate if we did not sign a new agreement.
