I don't think help like they shouldn't when it comes to helping someone that's had trauma happened to them and they think I am this crazy person I am not . But they keep pushing different meds downs me like I am a pill poper and I need them but thats not all what metal health needs to over come my trauma and my fears and help me try to apply for me to get a place of my own and get me back to normal again.
I'd like to start this review out by stating I have been a patient of this clinic off and on since 2012 having gone through multiple Drs and Nurse Practitioners throughout the years. I’ve read all the negative reviews and am truly surprised. I see Jon Mooney at the Jefferson bldg and Ed Betzelberger in Pekin. Both of them are caring and definitely team players. I’ve never had any concerns that I wasn’t being heard or that I wasn’t in control of my situation. Both of them have spent extra time with me as we waited for ERS to come down when I was in a bad place. (3.7 STAR RATING) Back in 2020, it was original called unity point I was going through a lot of problems but now I see Trillium on Jefferson in a better light. It may seem as if they don't work hard but ultimately, they can only do so much it is up to the patient to care of oneself.
