Receptionist had a nasty attitude
Trillium Health/TazWood is the absolute worst company to deal with. They mess up billing, have the worst scheduling system, and show no concern for patients (which is just a horrible way to be a psych provider). Carle Health as a system overall needs to be better about treating its patients like people and customers, rather than acting like you are providing some kind of altruism by being a health care provider.
