Recommended by Credit Valley Hospital. Technicians were polite, very clear on how to use the machine at home. Home canister and travel canisters fully and clearly explained. Replacement of canisters prompt and no problems ever. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. However do not send a review letter to home in patients name after patient is deceased. Send to Estate of Patent for responses. Again highly recommend along with Credit Valley Home Hospice Care. M Knell
The machines are fine, but they are inflexible on pricing and won't price match. They're more worried about making money than keeping customers happy.
ProResp has been providing my elderly mother's home oxygen for years. Jose (respiratory therapist) and the entire team have been amazing; they proactively assess her oxygen levels and provide innovative solutions to help her manage her changing health condition and day-to-day needs. The go above the call of duty and I highly, highly recommend their services.
My father has been on oxygen since near the end of 2019. The staff have always been so nice and friendly while the service is always very quick. Whenever I call to place cylinder orders for my father I never wait long before the phone is answered and the staff is very attentive with asking if he needs any of his nasal prongs or cords. The order is always on time and the appointment visits have always been very delightful for his in home check ups.
I have recently been set up with portable oxygen in my home. From my release at the hospital to my home , the service has been excellent. The oxygen was set up that very same day and usage was explained by the delivery person. A therapist visited me the following day as well .
