I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this floral shop. The flowers that were delivered had visible mold on them. When I called to express my concern, the owner responded by saying he was “sorry for my discomfort” and only offered a $40 refund, which felt dismissive given the condition of the arrangement. By the very next morning, the flowers smelled so bad that they stunk up the entire house and had to be thrown straight into the trash due to the mold. Trillium recently provided two exquisite arrangements for my Father’s memorial service.The woman I spoke with was very kind, listened to what I was asking for and provided it.i asked for peonies and they delivered- large, lush and a variety of color.. They arrived at the church on time and I did not have to think about any of those details once I made the phone call. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed that the florist sent a different arrangement than I had ordered to be sent to my daughter. The arrangement sent was very nice, but it is not what I had ordered. After my daughter received something totally different I called the florist and was told they didn’t have the flowers I ordered in stock. I think the florist should have called me to tell me that and describe what they were going to send instead of what I specifically ordered.

Unfortunately, i was very disappointed with the two small flower arrangements I ordered for my mom‘s 90th birthday lunch. I told Wally exactly what I wanted which was only two things in the arrangements and they were red roses and long thin white and pink sticks. It was in his smallest size vase, and he was making it oblong the arrangement.
