I was disappointed that the florist sent a different arrangement than I had ordered to be sent to my daughter. The arrangement sent was very nice, but it is not what I had ordered. After my daughter received something totally different I called the florist and was told they didn’t have the flowers I ordered in stock. I think the florist should have called me to tell me that and describe what they were going to send instead of what I specifically ordered.

Unfortunately, i was very disappointed with the two small flower arrangements I ordered for my mom‘s 90th birthday lunch. I told Wally exactly what I wanted which was only two things in the arrangements and they were red roses and long thin white and pink sticks. It was in his smallest size vase, and he was making it oblong the arrangement. When I went to pick them up the day before her birthday lunch, he had only a few red roses and a few small red roses that were closed. Wonderful florist! Wonderful man! Wally was understanding and helpful. He created a memorial arrangement that was a beautiful tribute to my dear friend. Wally is able to interpret emotions in flowers. Custom arrangements extraordinaire!

I needed stems for a Mother's Day event at work and called Trillium because they were the closest florist to me. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so patient going over all of my options with me because I had no idea what to order.
