Entire staff from receptionist, hygienist and Dr Bill is welcoming and friendly. Their professionalism conveys an openness to questions that are followed with detailed explanations.
I had a great experience with Trillium. I always have a great experience, the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The service here is exceptional! From the smiling faces that greet you at the door, to the very detailed, happy, funny hygienists! The doctor is detailed and always in a good mood (he even sings to you sometimes, ha!).
I have been overall very pleased with the service and quality of work done here! I've been telling everyone how much I love the dentist office I have found! All the staff, from the front desk to the dentist, everyone is nice and makes sure you understand what's going on. Also they take their time making sure you're not hurting which is BIG in my book. After two major procedures I am happily going back for more work.
