Absolutely everyone is so kind, pleasant and understanding. And they do great work as well!
Trillium was amazing with me. I was in severe pain due to neglecting a much needed root canal for way too long and had called over five places to see if they’d help. Trillium was happy and eager to take me in and I appreciate them so much for that. The front desk staff were very nice and professional, made the process easy as can be! Dental assistant was super friendly and attentive to me as well as the dentist himself who sang to us while he performed my root canal lol very nice group. I will definitely go back to them!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff at Trillium. After many years of neglecting my dental health I was in dire need of help. After my very first phone call to Roxie I knew I was in the right place. She was so kind and encouraging to me before I even went for my first appointment. Then I met Stephanie, my hygienist, who was very professional, but also so understanding, kind, sympathetic & knowledgeable. Dr. Sean is the best! Everyone at Trillium has the patient's best interest in mind. They truly care.

Dr. Sean is great; his goofy demeanor distracts you from all of the discomfort that comes with visiting the dentist. The support staff is also wonderful. Roxy from the front office does a good job of explaining your insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs. The office also runs on time and does a good job of estimating how long your appointment will take.
Extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable staff. I would, and will, highly recommend this dental practice.
I've always hated going to the dentist and hadn't gone to one in a number of years. As of last year I started seeing Dr. Sean. I remember my first visit, I had the worst anxiety--but I left feeling good about my initial visit. It's been a year now and I actually don't mind going to the dentist at all. It's all thanks to the wonderful staff at Trillium! Dr. Sean has been the best dentist I've ever gone to---so much so that I've even referred my family members to Trillium.
