SCAMMMMMM ALERT!!! all the positive reviews are a scam. i was living there for 2 years, it is true, noisy apartments, the issues takes days and days to be fixed, they are extremely rude in the treatment, i have a friend living there now almost the building is empty, they raise the rent once per year and never change nothing,they give you the apartment dirty, and the carpet full of spots, they take forever for give you back your deposit, omg, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, around the place are tons of studios 100 bucks cheaper, o... read more

I got the greatest deal at the Farwell Apartments. The process was easy, accommodating, and painless as I did not have a lot of time to invest in looking. I was given a tour of the east side properties and found Trike Property has a lot to offer. I found just what I was looking for!

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! Do not ever rent from this company. It will be the worst decision of your life! In Milwaukee, I request maintenance, they come and dont fix things. The state that things seem okay when they check it out. They do not think bugs or other peoples showers leaking into your apartment is a problem. They have problems with getting my rent, even though i always pay on time. This has been the most miserable renting experience of my life! I am so extremely dissatisfied. STAY AWAY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the worst property "management" company I have every dealt with. When I initially moved in, everything was fine; the price was right, I had a spacious apartment, things were quiet. Then they decided to lease to Crazy downstairs. For a few months, things were normal. Then all of a sudden, her two loud children showed up and were living there? I am reading these negative reviews and I am kind of stunned by them and question what really happened to the tenants that wrote these reviews. I lived at Lyon Manor for 2 years and 3 months. I didn't have a negative experience. My unit was extremely warm but I was on the top floor and kept the a/c unit in my bedroom. I was always treated kindly by management... I reccomend this company and I'll tell you why... – This company is the greatest property management I've had living on the eastside of milwaukee. The property I'm in is only 3 blks from the lakefront, walking distance from too many restaurants and bars/ lounges, commerce and clothing stores to choose from. Plus the hospital and the library is right on the corner, I have my choice of a couple banks to go to, a grocery store, Starbucks, check cashing place and a 24hr walgreens in the other direction. SCAM!! – Please, PLEASE don't rent from these people. They are miserable human beings and have no bottom line. They will do ANYTHING to scam you out of even the smallest amount of money. Their apartments are disgusting and smell like cat piss and smoke. Don't put yourself through the misery, find the millions of other, honest companies out there
