I have been suffering with back pain for years. It stems from a shoulder injury from 17 years ago. The pain must have always been there but finally made itself known a few years ago. I have had every kind of therapy, shots in the spine, nerves cauterized, pain meds etc. Someone mentioned myotherapy and I wasted no time in setting an appointment with Christine. Christine is amazing. I’ve seen her several times as I’ve worked to recover from an injury and she always makes me feel 100 times better.
I came in with a four year old inner Hamstring tear. I had let it go for 2 years with no treatment and no exercise. One I got back into exercising I spent three months in physically therapy and that helped a little. It only took one appointment with Christine and I had a 60% improvement.
