My Dad asked me to post this so other people can be warned- On 12/31/2024 a repairman from TRIFECTA Heating & AC came to my residence as my furnace stopped working on 12/27/2024. The repairman was able to get the furnace working in about 20 minutes. The repairman told me the furnace needed to be replaced and he gave me 2 quotes, one for $5,065 and the other for $7,217. The repairman told me, if I would agree to accept one of the quotes now he would leave my furnace working, if I would not agree he would not leave my furnace ... read more
Second time using Trifecta and while I was very happy before, the service today was even better. Mauro, our service technician was on time, took his time and did a very thorough job of servicing both our heater and AC unit. He even took the time to write down the full model number and year of each unit, which I had no idea of since they were installed by our home's prior owner. Once again I need to comment on the excellent service Trifecta provided. Our furnace stopped working in this cold snap. The two technicians John and Shawn came out and took a look at our problem. We were fearing the worse but it turned to be no more than a loose wire. Not only did they reconnect it but showed us how to fix it if it ever happened again.
