I love scoping out new coffee shops and this place is faaaaaabulous! They are the biggest coffee nerds I've ever met, but aren't snooty jerks about it the way many coffee shops are. They specialize in weird fancy drips and shaken ice drinks, but had no problem with me just wanting a latte, and waited for me to ask about their specials, THEN went on a nerdy rant about extracting coffee flavors and finding the perfect water. Love it!!!
