I’ve been living here 2 years and all the staff is great. The two maintenance Jose and John are really helpful with problems and keeping the pool clean.
Love the fresh, modern design. The lobby and community areas are SO nice! Had a tour of their loft style unit, and it was more like a luxury condo than an apartment! The units are well designed with fresh and updated finishes. Plus, its right in Belmar! walking distance to literally anything you could need!
Jon was outstanding, he truly helped out in every way possible & made my experience so wonderful. Thank you.
Moved in a week ago and couldn't be happier. The staff is outstanding and have responded to maintenence questions quickly. Emma was terrific and made my move in very smooth. Would recommend for anyone interested in living downtown Belmar/Lakewood. Also the short commute to downtown denver for work is a huge plus.
Love living here and would recommend! Close to bar..... I mean Belmar! Emily does an amazing job running the show and Jon and Jose keep things running in tip top shape!
I have lived here for 1.5 years and love it. Great neighborhood and even better property. Trifectas management team is top notch.
