This company buys houses in Austin neighborhoods and then lets them sit vacant for over a year, while they become an eyesore in the community. It's clear they do not care about our neighborhoods as they let the houses they buy deteriorate purely on the speculation that their investment will turn a profit. Their "cash" offers sound nice, but one must think about if this company has the best interest for Austin, your neighbors, and community as you sell to this company.
