I had appt for 1030am after initial triage and 35 mins after my appt time my daughter inquired about delay. She was told I was next to see the Dr. The Dr was in and out of the room beside me eith different patients and up the hall. No one ever came in my room. One hour after my appt time we left. This is absolutely the worst patient care that could be given. Would not recommend.
I have seen Dr Monique Sandhu twice during the five years i have been her patient since I moved to the area. On recent visit I saw her PA and was moved to a once per year visits that was Ok if they would respond to my messages or requests. However the PA has not answered my calls for a refill to my heart medication. If you expect service and/or response, I wouldn't recommend this practice or Dr Sandhu.
Doctor careing
Whoever worked the desk the morning of 7/21, terrible at their job. Called to reschedule some appointments. Said my file didn't exist for like ten minutes turns out she got my name wrong. Then told me I couldn't schedual those tests until I got a price from billing. Gave me the number for billing. 30ish minutes later I get connected to billing. Tell them the situation. The waiting times in this place are absolutely ridiculous. Why make an appointment for a certain time when we have to wait in the waiting room 40+ minutes AFTER scheduled appointment time. UPDATE: now waiting an HOUR after scheduled appointment.
