Mitch and his consultants were able to salvage my info that was erased by an Apple consultant. Apple told it was lost. Mitch transferred it to my new Apple and most was salvaged. To me it was a miracle. I suggest that you consult TRICOM first for service on an Apple. Norma LaSalle
Every time I have had an issue , such as adding memory to an older Mac, they have been able to do the job. Especially useful with an older vintage machine that the the Apple Store will no longer service, but has nothing wrong with it after being serviced by Tricot. Fixed a much newer machine too.
I messed up my computer, went to Apple Store 3 times, then went to Tricom. I wish I went here first, Apple Genius is good, but the wait is horrible. Tricom fixed my computer, got everything back to normal and quickly. My computer is my life, I use it for my business and thank God Tricom got me back to normal. Don't think twice, don't bother with the Apple Store, if you have an issue, bring it right to Tricom!

Thank you Tricom! I went to the Apple store in Providence first to get my iMac looked at. They couldn't do any diagnostics because it's considered "vintage" (a 2007 machine). They recommended trying Tricom & I only WISH I'd come here first. I didn't have to wait and they fixed my computer in no time. I will definitely be coming to Tricom for my Apple needs in the future!

The amazing team at TRICOM saved me hours of my life when a laptop died on me. Even though I have multiple backups, the sheer hassle of having to tackle the task on my own was daunting. I applaud their unbelievable customer service & knowledge base. Thank you for talking me off a ledge when I was completely panicked in the shop. I always recommend TRICOM to my family, friends and colleagues.
After leaving the Apple Store in providence they referred to Tricom. Best referral ivd ever had. Jennifer, Mitch and Trevor made buying a new laptop a great experience. Any questions i had Trevor walked me through. Took the time to make sure I was truly satisfied. And encouraged us to come back with any questions at all! You would never get that kind of service at apple in providence place!
