My sister was brought in just before 2:30 am for a severe muscle spasm (ambulance took longer to get here from her house than I did). No other patients in audible range and nobody else crying out in pain but it took almost 40 minutes for the doctor to see her and another half hour to get the muscle relaxer cocktail into her arm. We took my daughter here last night because she was having a difficult time breathing and this is the closest ER, told the physician what was going on and was blown off telling us that she seems fine and go see her doctor in a few days... little did they know I am an RN as well, I knew my daughter needed an chest x Ray that they said there is no reason for, we were given discharge papers within 30mins, fast forward to the morning and her doctor opens and I get her in where the doctor immediately orders a chest X-ray to show ... read more
Had my first experience at this facility yesterday. From the time I walked in, I had quick and excellent service from everyone I saw! The entire staff I encountered was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
The nurse or medical assistant I had tonight was horrible, her name is Melissa, she has no bed side manner, she did not want to really touch me, when discharged she snatched the IV parts out of my arm. She has no care at all. I will not if at all possible recommend going there. I will report this to Tricare as well, and Kenner,why would soldiers, retiree family members go somewhere that allows people to work that's like this.
I had the pleasure of being treated by the professional staff at this facility! I was experiencing chest pain along with bronchitis...I was given a thorough work up, hydrated and sent on my way in short order! I am an HCA employee, not at this facility, and am proud of the care they deliver.
This bad review is solely on MD DANIELLE DIFRANCO. Not the ER itself. They are truly wonderful. I highly recommend this ER. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I was diagnosed by a genetics doctor and a couple of other specialist at age 16. I am now 25. Not too many people are familiar with the disease. Staff seem nice and i liked dr but the service � i will try again since they are new and probably still working things out.
