The process of getting signed in and seen was smooth and fast. I would say I was signed in and X-rays done within 20 mins. Then I was left in the room for more then 50 mins without any updates.
I have been there multiple times due to my Primary Care doctor being closed & the situation at hand could not wait until the next morning for a sick visit. (Fevers accompanied with difficulty breathing and swallowing.) Not just a stubbed toe...THAT can wait!!! The staff was timely & waiting is not long at all. They treated my children kindly & answered my questions for follow up care/directions.
When I got there they took me back within minutes. The staff was great. My nurse (Richard) was the Best. The Dr I saw was very informative. I was there for almost 2 2 1/2 hrs. They helped to get my condition under control. I’ll alway go back there if I need to be seen again!
Went in July 2017 for severe back pain and could barely walk. Also went in December and this February for severe stomach pain before and after gallbladder removal. Everyone treated me like family. I was in miserable pain, but they made it less terrible. They treated me with sooo much kindness and constantly made sure I was improving. There was excellent communication and they even called to follow up with how I was doing a few days later.
I usually have a good experience but I am here now and the nurse Shannon is anything but professional. Said nothing to me when she walked into my room. She handed me a nebulizer, said nothing, and didn’t even tell me what medication was in the nebulizer that I guess she wanted me to use? Never told me to use it, why I was using it, or what was in it. I literally had to ask her. Been nothing but rude since I got here.
