on 1/29/2020 I took my 3yo son with a nose bleed. a major bleed, he bled from dinwiddie to there. NO ONE helped me clean him up or even hurry and get him in room. mind you I thought blood was like a biohazard. and I was covered in blood, my son's face, throat, and clothes. I had the worst experience here and will NEVER return.
took 5+ times to get an iv in my girlfriend. in the process they blew out 3 veins. learn how to do your job
I was seen almost immediately after checking in and received wonderful care. I had a pleasant interaction with everyone, however Emily Slade and Amy Jones both went above and beyond, and even made me forget for a moment that I was even sick! A day later, and I’m feeling so much better. Appreciative of the interactions and care I received from the staff and also for the follow up call I received less than 24 hours later :)
I brought my daughter here for a suspected broken nose. We were told that it was merely “soft tissue damage”. I requested an x-ray due to the amount and rate of swelling that had occurred, and I was told that they don’t radiate children unless they have to, and this is “just a contusion.” Fast forward to today, 8 days later. My daughter just got out of surgery to reset her broken nose that was found after a referral from her primary care dr to ENT. 2 extra visits to the doctor, and a little girl’s Christmas plans are ruined ... read more
They have treated me quickly and professionally. Staff was very friendly and explained everything. The lady who did my chest xray and ct scan was very thorough and checked on my well being. she was excellent. The whole complete staff on the night I can in were EXTREMELY EXCELLENT. Loved the nurses and drs.
