Casey did an amazing job on my hair! I made an error of judgement 4 months ago and turned my grey hair dark. Casey is helping me gradually lighten up so I don't have to suffer 'the big chop' again but allow the grey to grow back out!
I've been coming to Tricholoy for a while, but today I had an appointment with Blakeley and will stick with her from now on! She taught me so much, you can tell she is very passionate about her work and is doing what she loves. I can't wait to see how our anniversary photos turned out with her help, and can't wait for my balayage appointment in July!
I was excited to have my hair done today. Everyone was extremely nice. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early to be told I was 20 minutes late. I was told I would need to reschedule because I was late. I scheduled my appointment for 4pm, but unfortunately I was put down for 3:30pm. I understand scheduling errors happen, but I felt lied to when I was informed I was contacted by the stylist AND the ladies at the front desk.
