I tried this salon today and I'm disappointed. I went in wanting my hair lightened all over and a trim. I was told that I could only do half my hair due to appointment time. I said ok, showed a picture of the blonde color I like and was told by the stylist (Britni Jay) "that's definitely achievable". I was there for nearly 3 hours, only had half my hair done (the color is NOT like the picture), and received a meh hair cut... AND paid $160 dollars!!! Whaaat? Leslye did my hair today... Went from blonde to a warmer darker balayage and she did awesome! I love it! Definitely had a great experience here!
