Easiest car buying experience we have had. We live about 2.5 hours away, when we got there we didn’t see the car on the lot we were coming from. Need to have some sort of warranty on used card. I bought a 2013 with low miles not thinking nothing about a warranty since it was fairy new for its age and have had nothing but problems. I have had my vehicle a year and have already replaced the transmission, computer system, and just this past Monday my alternator stops while I was driving. I owe entirely too much to trade my car in or I would.
A shout out to Jeff Brandon and the entire TH service team. Yesterday my vehicle’s electronic gas cap wouldn’t open and I was low on fuel. Bad combination. Limped into TH looking for help. Though Jeff and team admitted they hadn’t encountered my specific problem before, in short order they had the problem researched, diagnosed and repaired. I called inquiring about a vehicle I found online. I spoke with Jarrod and he said he would hold the vehicle for me until I arrived. He met me at the door, and had the vehicle I called about waiting for me with the keys in it at the front entrance. He was honest, down to earth, and kind. The process was quick, easy, and I left with the vehicle I had been searching for. I will make the 1 hour and 15 minute drive to Trice Hughes for my next vehicle!
