My wife was there for a immunization shot, being unfamiliar with the building and location of the immunization clinic asking questions on the first floor we were immediately asked by security to show ID card's before answering any questions, directing us to the 2nd floor we were meet by the rudest staff, she was sitting down with a mask on her face so we had no idea who she was,after our appointment as we were leaving we tried to explain that we from a different clinic she was not happy with us saying that to her, that is yo... read more
had a problem they told me to come back with records, i did, new appointment was with a different doctor, Dr. Franklin. She through her hands up 4 times and said “what do u want me to do” “i really can’t help you” “i can’t sit here and go through ur medical records rightnow” “ i dont know what you want me to do.” I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from a doctor. After that she had me check out with no papers no follow up no care. i just wasted 2 hours of my time.
You often wait hours to be seen, even when you have a scheduled appointment. When my child was 2.5 yo, they called to see us due to "concerns" about her nutrition and possible autism despite the fact that she is healthy, not malnourished, and clearly not autistic. When we got there, the pediatrician apologized for the confusion and told us there had been a documentation error by the nurse staff.
