I was evicted after unsuccessful attempts to be released from my lease do to inhabitable living conditions in my apartment in Brookhaven Georgia. I still have the long trail of emails that ensued after two bathroom backup incidents on the one bathroom apartment. I am finally living in a stable place after years of being displaced. The pandemic triggers memories of what it was like being homeless. I still am not able to get an apartment in my name. This is the worse company ever . They have no morals or sympathy for anyone . They are unprofessional. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since my husband passed to give them important bankruptcy information and they have not responded . I was told by Henry County Courthouse to contact this company to give them the Bankruptcy file number and nobody have responded . Tribridge Residential does not care about their communities or any of their properties. In three years, no manager has worked at the property we lived at in Raleigh, NC for more than 9 months. There have been several that have been here for less than 3 months. You can hardly ever get support on the phone or via email, and they will often go for months without hiring replacement management while the property falls into disrepair. I currently staying in the Hoover, Alabama property called Summerchase at Riverchase. Ive had an HVAC and Electrical ongoing issue upon staying hear 3 years. Now while summer is here, me and my children are sitting in the home with thermostat is showing 84 degrees. Ive had to sit them in my car to cool them. Why should I also pay rent for a management that cant manage. Ive had to buy food out to be able to feed my family because its so warm inside the home. This is the worst company ever. They are building in a lot next to our office and their contractors have damaged 29 of our vehicles. No one wants to take responsibility for them and have them fixed. If this is how they do business while building, I cant image what kind of business they do with their residents.

Hi, I received phone call and voicemail today from James at Canton Mill Lofts, informing me that a washer and dryer were left in my apartment from when I had moved out. He informed me that I could come in before 5pm to pick them up or I would be charged $500 and sent to collections. Since I am at work, I made arrangements with some people to come and pick them up. TriBridge is a true partner. Their team of executives are great to work with and they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to multi-family. Most of their team has been in property management their entire career. They are professional, hard-working, and helpful in every way. I am very lucky to work with such an amazing group of people who care about their business, owners, the people managing their communities, and all of their residents. TriBridge definitely gets 5 stars from me!

Tribridge is a great company to work with. Very professional and friendly company with a great culture. We have been working with Tribridge for several years and they always pay on time and really treat there contractors well.
