Will recommend this company to friends – I bought my apartment thru this management but it run very smooth. I got everything i needed. Our closing attorney told us that he did a lot of closings with this company too. He is happy with this company too. Sometime it was delayed because of a lot of other reasons.
Buyer/Potential resident be aware – If you purchase an apartment in a building being managed by Tribor you should walk away. The closing process will take forever because Tribor management simply refuses to provide the banks with the necessary documentation. They don?t respond to emails or phone calls; they simply refuse to cooperate.
