Terrible work and lies. I came to the salon in person to talk to a professional colorist to make sure they could properly color my hair according to the photo. They assured me they could. I was supposed to pay $525 for highlights, a haircut, and a hair treatment. The agreement was that they would spend hours on me and do highlights on my entire head, with a blonde color that wouldn’t be yellow or gray.
