First time patron here. I’ve heard a lot about them in the off-road community. They are extremely streamlined in their process of first contact to scheduling to end result. I dealt with Jason who is extremely knowledgeable. The quality of work they are capable of is top notch. They tread ever so lightly on the arrogant side of things however. Needed some shocks rebuilt on a TRD Pro with the Fox shocks. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did every thing the said they would do. No issue. Great people to do business with. My truck rides like new.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I dropped off my F350, which was having AC issues. They were able to determine it was an electronics issue that caused the clutch fan to shut off. No parts had to be replaced and no unnecessary upselling. Honest and professional.
