Eye appointment with Dr Knox
Went to go and pick up something from this location, there was no staff at the window to greet patients just a very small printed sign which stated that they're gone to LUNCH SIGN IN AND BE SEATED; My concern is if an individual is picking up there should be away to do that verses waiting for staff to come from Lunch; (Maybe this location should consider closing for lunch until a more formal solution is in place for individuals thats picking up. Thanks
I was referred to Triavision because my regular eye provider could not assess a possible corneal abrasion. I was seen by Jason Swanner. During my visit, I was not given fluorescein staining with a slit lamp examination, which is a standard diagnostic test when evaluating for corneal abrasion. Instead, I was diagnosed with “severe dry eye” without a complete workup to support that assessment. Do not go there and waste your time! The website will tell you they do contacts and glasses and that it has the best styles frames and lenses. They do NOT sell glasses or frames or anything! They do a comprehensive eye exam that is it! I walk in the office and the lady sitting at the window was in a bad mood. I wrote down my name. She told me she would need my drivers license and insurance card. She took them and when she gave it back, she just tossed it on the counter in front of me. Very bad attitude!
