Great so far, currently in the exam and consultation stage. Staff have been very friendly and courteous and Dr Swanner has taken the time and answered my questions thoroughly. Looking forward to a successful and pleasing cataract surgery scheduled later this month.
Dr. Rains is wonderfully knowledgeable and caring. The appointments were over booked and the wait time was very long.
I've visited this doctor office and it brought tears to my eyes on the way this staff and doctors care for people. The comfort I got today when I took my mom was so heartfelt and I would like to thank Dr. Rhodes for everything she had done and doing for my Mom. If you are looking for a great Optometrist please go visit Dr. Rhodes at Trivision in Bessemer AL.
Excellent staff very helpful and friendly
