I've visited this doctor office and it brought tears to my eyes on the way this staff and doctors care for people. The comfort I got today when I took my mom was so heartfelt and I would like to thank Dr. Rhodes for everything she had done and doing for my Mom. If you are looking for a great Optometrist please go visit Dr. Rhodes at Trivision in Bessemer AL.

Eye appointment with Dr Knox
Went to go and pick up something from this location, there was no staff at the window to greet patients just a very small printed sign which stated that they're gone to LUNCH SIGN IN AND BE SEATED; My concern is if an individual is picking up there should be away to do that verses waiting for staff to come from Lunch; (Maybe this location should consider closing for lunch until a more formal solution is in place for individuals thats picking up. Thanks
