I had hired this company to do a rental turnaround. That included pre-painting cleaning, repair of the bathroom floor with laying of new flooring in the bathroom, reattachment of the towel bar, drywall repairs, re-caulking of the tub surround and painting of the entire unit in one color. The contractor they hired apparently had not a lot of experience in any type of repair but had experience in tearing things out that was not part of the project description. As a landlord, I was tired of dealing with multiple tenants, managing late rent, maintenance issues, and random issues that pop up. Triarii literally took the weight off my shoulders and made it super simple for me. They actually helped me raise rent to a market price and the fee they charge was literally covered with the rent increase. In the end, I was making more money, no headaches, no tenant managing, this is the best decision I've made as a landlord.
