The building was beautiful and the location was on point this was a time of my life I needed friends and family and I went there with none of them and left with both
It’s a beautiful building inside and out, lots of people stop to take photos. Apartments are spacious. Shame they mixed in Ikea parts instead of preserving history. Creatives, models, actresses are attracted to the Hollywood glam of this building. So there's noise from house parties, band practice, dance practice, scene rehearsals, set builds, dogs barking, etc. If vibrant living and city views are your thing then this is definitely the place for you.
