I can’t speak highly enough about Triangle Wellness and Recovery and the providers there. I have participated in their Intensive Outpatient (IOP) group counseling program. After struggling with multiple mental illnesses and a life filled with trauma after trauma, participating in IOP is the #1 thing that has helped the me most. I only wish I had done it sooner. I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received and have needed for so long.

I was referred to Triangle Wellness and Recovery by a friend who directly witnessed my struggle with severe depression. I enrolled in the IOP program hoping to receive the support I desperately needed. Before starting the IOP I had an assessment with a therapist and Dr Koenig.
