Best Eye Doctor – I have been going to Dr. Glupker for my eye care for 5 years now. His staff is very polite and professional. When I see Dr. Glupker, he takes the time to explain all aspects of care to me. He is never in a hurry, I feel like I am the only one in the office. The selection on eye care products is also second to none.
Great Service, Friendly Staff – That staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Glupker was very professional and took the time to discuss my eye care. I've been wanting to change the type of contacts I wear, and he discussed various options. It was stressed that it was my decision, and I needed to do what was best for me. Excellent customer service for 20+ years – I have been going to the Triangle Visions located in the Durham/RTP area for over 20 years. I have always been ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with the service that I have received, not only from the doctors: Clark and Glupker, but also from their entire staff. Great experience, crazy nice doctor & staff – Admit it . . . going to the doctor is not anything that most people look forward to. The doctors and staff at Triangle Visions, however, make the experience almost enjoyable. The staff is very nice and my wait to see the doctor was not long at all. It had been ~ 5 years since my last eye doctor visit, and they did a thorough job of checking to assure that I did not have any issues with my eyes / vision. Happy with my glasses – Got new glasses and contacts through this office a couple of weeks ago and they are both working out great. I saw Dr. Robertson and she was extremely friendly and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this practice! (plus they have fresh baked cookies while you wait!)
Great all-around! – Having been a patient of Dr. Clark for years, I was thrilled to find out Triangle Visions opened a new office in Cary. It is a beautiful office in a great location! Great place for Contacts – Great Optical and Contact Lenses. Dr. Hayes and his staff take the time to get it right! I now see great with my Synergeyes Lenses.
nicest doctor I've ever seen – I hate going to any kind of medical appointments, but Dr. Glupker is perhaps the nicest doctor I have ever met. I went in to Dr. Glupker because I thought I had scratched my eye, and he explained to me that my eye was inflamed because of lack of oxygen through my contacts, and then it was dry. People are nice, beware of their glasses though – My wife and I are both customers of this practice. We have been satisfied with the service, everyone is friendly, and they move you along quickly. We weren't too pleased the last time around about the "contact lens exam" it is not covered by insurance, is quite expensive, and took exactly as long as my regular exam, which strikes me as suspicious.
