The new front in staff as of 2026 is so terrible. They’re rude and extremely condescending, especially if you’re Black. Dont’t forget, this is South Philly. The people who have worked there a longer time are okay, but I refuse anymore because of their lack of customer service skills most have in the place. Terrible date spot as you cannot hear the person across the table from the blaring death metal some nights. Food is inconsistent and they mess up orders. It’s a miss, but sometimes a hit of a spot. Beware!
went there for happy hour today with my partner. we sat on the patio after ordering a beer from the bar. service was slow, inattentive and overall shoddy. have gone here in the past and had much better service. watched our server watch a fight across the street in the acme parking lot for a full 5 minutes with my card on the table. was not given happy hour pricing on my beer and frankly it turned me off of every coming back.
Super kind staff, great beer section, and delicious eats. I’ll be back often to watch sixer games. Oh and the pizza is pretty good value!!!!!!!!
